When you order, you give us certain information voluntarily. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you give us. We collect payment information, contact information (address and phone number) and details of what you bought. If you buy something for someone else, we collect their delivery details and contact information.

Return policy

Handmade with Love will not be liable for any damages caused by shipping.  We take great care to ensure that your purchase is well packaged, to help eliminate breakages whilst your package is being couriered to you.  .

Shipping Policy

Courier fees are calculated at check-out.  Our shipping company is The Courier Guy. They are a 3rd party company.  We take NO responsibility for packages OR items that’s been damage by them. Collections are at 15h00 Monday to Friday. Deliveries by 17h00 the following business days, (Monday to Friday) to all major centers within South Africa, Outlying / regional areas may take up to 72 hours. parcels are not insured. Remote outlying areas are classified as an area considerably further off route than normal. Examples of special areas include: Mines, Power Stations, Plots/ Farms, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/ Harbours, Embassies and Consulates.
